Let Love Ripple: Breath, Meditation, and Sound Bath

Join us for a nourishing Valentine’s Day gathering devoted to the heart and lungs—the rhythm and the breath that carry us through life.

This immersive experience weaves gentle, heart-centered breathwork, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a felt sense of connection. Rather than striving for love, we create space for love to move, soften, and circulate from within.

Singing bowls and healing instruments will invite the breath to widen, the chest to soften, and the heart to rest into its natural rhythm. This is an opportunity to pause, receive, and remember the quiet power of presence.

No prior experience is necessary.
Come as you are and let love ripple.

Date: Saturday, February 14
Time: 12:00–1:00 pm
Cost: $25
What to bring: Necessary props are provided but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.
