Join us for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to promote vitality and restore balance through Ayurvedic self-care and mindful yoga practices.
Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, helps support well-being with seasonal rituals, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle regimens to keep us in balance. We will overview the current season of VATA which is influenced by Air + Space.

This will be followed by a variation of Nabhi kriya, a warming digestion sequence to awaken Agni (fire) and support healthy flow through the gut and energy channels.
We will then conclude with a sound bath and guided meditation to release tension and settle the nervous system.
