Join us as we celebrate the creative power of earth and the new growth of spring. A gentle flowing practice to bring our bodies into the movement of spring. We will practice Breath of Joy and the Adi Shakti Mantra as we bow to the season. Class will close with a chakra balancing sound bath. Mixed level class, props, and modifications are available
