Each day we are born again. What we do today is what matters the most--Buddha. Greet the day and salute the sun within us all. In this class we take the energetics of our morning and turn them into a practice that consists of either a vinyasa or Yin (longer holds) practice...more often or not, we use elements of both to awaken our bodies, focus our minds, and let our spirits soar. This class is a level I and II and recommended for those familiar with yoga. Join us as we paint our day FANTASTIC!
This class breaks down the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures) and the basics of pranayama (breath work). We provide clear instruction and individual assistance so that you may build a solid foundation for a strong practice. This is a perfect class for those new to yoga, individuals healing from injury, or those seeking a more calming practice. Come to breathe, move and open your heart.
Come in. Take a breath. Take a moment…A MOMENT FOR YOU. To reset, to move inward, to earth down. This class is pranayama (breath) focused and utilizes and sustains the fire of pitta in a meditative vinyasa (connection of breath and body movement) throughout the first half of class, so you are awake and focused. The second half of class is slowed to yin and/or even restorative poses to keep you present for all the glorious remaining moments of this day. This is a mixed level class. Modifications and props are offered and encouraged.
A calm cascade of restorative yoga poses, breathwork, chakra meditation and crystal singing bowl. Join Brenna on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am for a 60-minute practice created around longer held restorative poses, which allow the physical body to come to a state of rest, the mind to drop into a state of quiet, and the heart to open to compassion and peace. This class is open to all levels.

60 minute private individual yoga class. The perfect way to begin a yoga practice, learn the basics, and feel comfortable in a nurturing environment.
2-5 people. Perfect for reunions, wedding parties or friends and families just looking to share a yoga practice. 60 Minute class can be held at our studio or at a location of your choosing. For groups over 5. please contact for further pricing and information.
