Living Fit offers a safe and nourishing environment to explore the art of yoga: spiritual awakening, emotional growth, mental focus, and physical health. We offer a well-rounded range of classes daily (Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Fusion) with the belief that each student is unique; all classes are created so students of all levels are able to find their own yogic path in a community of peace and respect. 

These are the current classes on our schedule, class changes and/or additions will be announced here.

All Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise state

IN-STUDIO CLASSES: Begins June 3rd:

  • 8:00 am Morning cup of YO - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • 4:30 pm Level I and II Yoga - Tuesdays and Thursdays 

Please Note: No Drop-ins for in-studio classes at this time. Our in-studio classes are limited to 5 people, so you must preregister with me. Prior to entering the studio, you will have your temperature taken, upon entering studio, you will need to sanitize hands, please bring your own mat and props, and set mat in designated area. We will be practicing with our door open so we have fresh air, please dress appropriately. I will be wearing a mask, we will have masks and gloves for your optional use. 


  • 9:30 am Gentle Yoga -  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • 6:00 pm Meditation (20 Minutes) Thursdays

Please Note: Once you have paid June Monthly Online or Drop-in fee (you can pay above), you will be sent a code to access online session.  If you are doing a drop-in you must register at least two hours prior so I can get codes to you. If you are unable to make online sessions, you can request video access to the recorded sessions. 

Morning Cup of Yo


Each day we are born again. What we do today is what matters the most--Buddha. Greet the day and salute the sun within us all. In this class we take the energetics of our morning and turn them into a practice that consists of either a vinyasa or Yin (longer holds) practice...more often or not, we use elements of both to awaken our bodies, focus our minds, and let our spirits soar. This class is a level I and II and recommended for those familiar with yoga. Join us as we paint our day FANTASTIC! 

Gentle Foundational Yoga


This class breaks down the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures) and the basics of pranayama (breath work). We provide clear instruction and individual assistance so that you may build a solid foundation for a strong practice. This is a perfect class for those new to yoga, individuals healing from injury, or those seeking a more calming practice. Come to breathe, move and open your heart. 

Level I and II Yoga


This is an alignment based hatha/vinyasa fusion class open to those who have been practicing yoga. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system, and revitalize the body and the mind. Modifications are offered as are more advanced options of asana.
